Nyköpings Bygg & Kakel AB is a growing general contractor within construction, civil engineering, renovation, tiling, and roofing. Since its founding in 2015, the company has developed into an established player working with private individuals, businesses, and property owners in the Sörmland and Stockholm areas.

The company is part of the Snöyra Group, a local business group with operations in construction, civil engineering, ironwork, electricity, and real estate. The group has a turnover of over 300 million SEK and employs approximately 90 people.

About the Position

As a tilerer with us, you will primarily work with tiling in bathrooms, kitchens, and other renovation projects. The work covers new construction, remodeling, and service assignments.

Your main responsibilities:

• Tiling of walls and floors in bathrooms and wet rooms
• Preparatory work such as substrate preparation, leveling, and waterproofing
• Renovation of bathrooms and kitchens
• Minor construction and carpentry work related to the projects
• Customer contact and collaboration with colleagues, subcontractors, and project management

Requirements:

• Experience as a tilerer
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for entire work processes

Merits:

• Qualification or experience according to BKR's industry regulations
• Experience with waterproofing work
• Vocational certificate in tiling or construction
• Knowledge of carpentry
• Experience working in both private and business projects
