The Swedish Armed Forces are in an expansion phase and on a significant growth journey. The Armed Forces' cyber defense is an integrated part of the military defense and constitutes a military-strategic resource. The cyber defense has the capability to conduct offensive and defensive cyber operations, as well as to detect, identify, and counter threats from the most qualified actors. The effects of a cyberattack can have consequences for society-critical functions as severe as a conventional armed attack.

2. Cyber Defense Regiment is part of the Swedish Armed Forces' capability for armed combat in the cyber domain. We defend the Armed Forces' command and support systems through both proactive hunting activities and reactive handling of IT security incidents. Our designated adversaries have significant resources and high competence, which places high demands on us as those responsible for protecting the systems. 2. Cyber Defense Regiment conducts 24/7 cyber operations throughout the year to protect Sweden and our allies. Our employees belong to Sweden's spearhead in cyber defense, and the regiment focuses heavily on ensuring that those who work with us thrive and have the opportunity to utilize their skills.

You will enter an exciting phase where you have the opportunity to influence both your own and the regiment's development in operations.
