About the role

As a claims handler, you will manage various claim cases covered by our insurance terms. Your main task is to quickly help our customers who have been affected by a loss and need our support to understand what their insurance covers and how they can proceed. In this role, you will gain broad competence as you handle many different types of claims.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Administer and process claims.
  • Handle customer contact primarily through digital channels and telephone.
  • Collaborate with your team to find new solutions and improve our processes.
  • Make independent decisions within the framework of our claims handling.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a strong ability to work in an organized manner and deliver results quickly and efficiently, are service-oriented, thrive with a lot of customer contact, and are not afraid to make decisions. Experience in claims handling is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and are flexible towards change. You appreciate working digitally and have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English, and have a high school education. To succeed in the role, you need to have good teamwork skills, courage to make decisions and take initiative, and be receptive to customers' needs and colleagues' feedback. You thrive working in a team and at a high pace where you are active and contribute to creating a good and positive climate.
