About the role
We are in the middle of a comprehensive change journey, where we are streamlining and developing our production. It is important that you have the ability and desire to drive this development and that you want to be part of the journey towards creating a winning team. We offer you a role with significant influence, where you will coach and develop employees and operations towards success! As a Production Manager, you ensure through your leadership the development of your team and that we manufacture high-quality products in a cost-effective manner with high delivery security. You work in close collaboration with other functions in the company and thereby contribute to the entire company's delivery and development.

Examples of main tasks and areas of responsibility:

• Create a winning team that has the ability and desire to develop the business.
• Lead the daily operations for your team, daily management, continuous improvements, and systematic maintenance.
• Coach, lead, and inspire your employees to work towards set goals and KPIs.
• Together with the team in Kalix, develop proposals for new investments, and ensure that the investments made deliver the expected results.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development in the development of new products.
• Be responsible for the work environment in accordance with the current work environment distribution, where you work with a zero vision for accidents and work-related injuries and strive to reduce the operation's external environmental impact.

Your background
You have a secondary education as a foundation; education at a higher level within warehousing, logistics, or production technology is an advantage. You are an experienced leader with extensive experience in coaching and driving a present leadership style. You likely have experience from the manufacturing industry and customer order-driven production. In the role, you are also expected to have good computer skills, having worked with ERP and other programs as tools in your work. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing, and have good knowledge of the Office package.

Knowledge/experience within Lean philosophy, methods such as 5S, continuous improvements, problem-solving, etc., are advantageous along with building technology knowledge and experience from the construction industry.
