We are currently looking for a Senior Systems Specialist with a focus on IFS and strong competencies in BI, visualization, and ERP flows for an exciting assignment in a complex, production-oriented operation within the defense industry.

About the Role

In this role, you will work with the analysis, development, and improvement of business processes related to IFS and production. You are expected to understand and challenge requirement profiles, identify potential for improvement, and contribute innovative solutions that create tangible business value.

Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to business development through data-driven insights, improved dashboards, and the efficient use of business systems and real-time data.

You thrive in complex environments where you can combine technical understanding with business development and where you independently drive the work forward.

Travel to the various production units is a natural part of the assignment.

We are looking for someone with

• Several years of experience with IFS business systems, BI, and business development
• Good understanding of ERP flows and basic development competence
• Experience in production-oriented business development related to business systems
• Experience working in complex organizations and environments
• Experience with BI solutions and development of visual dashboards
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for specific areas
• Strong analytical skills and habit of driving improvement initiatives
