We are now looking for a new employee, regardless of gender, who wants to help further develop YouControl.

The business is currently running at full speed as demand for our services is constantly increasing. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with a skilled technician. As an employee here, you will be involved in executing projects and installations of smart and elegant sound, video, and lighting systems in private homes in the Stockholm area, but we also have projects in other parts of Sweden, France, Switzerland, Portugal, and Spain, to name a few. Our customer segment, just like us, has high demands for neat and smart installations, which is why we work with premium products such as Savant and Lutron. We have over 20 years of experience in custom installations and have been running YouControl AB since 2012.

To thrive in this role, we see that you are practical and share our interest in the industry. You enjoy solving problems and are constantly curious to learn new, advanced technology.

To handle the role of installer with us, we would like you to:

· Be technically knowledgeable, preferably with prior knowledge in sound, video, lighting, and networking.

· Have an interest and ability to quickly absorb new knowledge.

· Be handy, have good tool skills, and be able to mount and install in a professional manner. You can quickly determine which tools and accessories are needed to mount equipment in different types of materials.

· Be meticulous and have a sense for aesthetics.

· Be outgoing and social, as customer interaction is a large part of the job.

· Be self-sufficient but enjoy working in a team and together with other professional categories on project sites.

· Be responsible, as our customers expect a perfect result and good service.

· Be solution-oriented, as we are often faced with challenges that must be solved on-site.

· Have a driver's license with category B at a minimum.

If you have knowledge in low-voltage, semiconductor technology, and LED lighting, or even basic electrical training and have worked for a couple of years as an electrician, we consider this strongly meritorious.

The tasks included in the role are the mounting of speakers, wall panels, TV screens, projectors, and similar installations. The tasks also include service, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of existing systems. The position involves a lot of freedom under responsibility, as you will to some extent plan and organize your own work.

The opportunity for development within the company is great, as areas such as system design, creation of drawing documentation, project management, and programming are constantly in demand. You will have the opportunity to take courses in the product-specific areas we work with.
