Are you good at building relationships, highly engaged, attentive, and accustomed to taking responsibility and adapting to new situations? A good personal chemistry between the assistant and the client is crucial for thriving in the role of a personal assistant. Every client is unique, and their individual needs determine your tasks.

We are now looking for you who want to join our team and act as a substitute when regular assistants are unavailable for our client, a 50-year-old man living in Linköping. You will also be needed during the summer on a rolling schedule throughout July and August. As an assistant, you should be empathetic and attentive. You should have a sense of humor and be able to open up, but also keep both feet on the ground. The responsibilities include:

The client needs help with all transfers involving a lift.
Needs help and support with all daily living activities.
Support in planning their day (such as activities, doctor's visits, etc.).
The client uses a wheelchair and communicates verbally.
The client has a nasogastric tube as a supplement to regular food.
A cough assist machine is used if needed.

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare and elderly care is meritorious but not required. Personal suitability is highly valued.

Other information:

You need to have BankID or mobile BankID to view the schedule and sign your time report at the end of the month.
Payslips are sent via Kivra.
If you are selected, we will request a police record extract before you start.
Selection is ongoing, so apply early!

Working hours:

You must be available for the following shifts:

Day shift 08:00–16:00
Evening shift 16:00–21:00
Night shift 21:00–08:00
