Do you want to gain valuable experience in public operations and work with important issues within education? We are now looking for an engaged case worker for the Education Office in Upplands-Bro Municipality.

The position is a fixed-term full-time employment during the summer of 2026, with the possibility of additional hourly work during the autumn if needed. This is a perfect assignment for you who are studying, for example, law, and are seeking practical experience.

About the role

As a case worker at the Education Office, you work with administrative and legally secure processes related to educational activities. You will become an important part of ensuring that our cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and with high quality.

The work includes among other things:

• Processing requests for disclosure of public documents
• Handling invoices and administrative cases
• Processing related to school transportation
• Support in incoming cases and ongoing processing based on the operations needs

The work is characterized by precision, structure, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new issues.

We are looking for you who

• Are studying law or other relevant education
• Have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Are precise, structured, and have good judgment
• Enjoy working independently but also in close collaboration with others
• Have an interest in public administration and authority operations

Merits: Knowledge of the principle of public access to official records or experience in administrative work.
