Job Coach / Internship Coordinator

We are looking for a driven and active employee with experience in coaching and collaboration with the working life.

You are someone who enjoys making contacts, building relationships with companies, and working to find meaningful and developmental internship placements for our participants.

About the Position

You will be part of the team for our ESF project "Second Chance" – a project for job-seeking women with a different linguistic background.

The project's goal is for participants to strengthen their opportunities for employment or further studies through:

• life skills
• internships
• language studies

You will work closely with the participants and collaborate with the project team in a creative and developmental environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop contacts with companies and employers
• Arrange internships and follow up on internship periods
• Coach and motivate participants
• Collaborate with the project's educators and other staff members
• Contribute to the participants' path towards employment or further studies

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone who is easy to work with and engaged in people's development and opportunities.
• You have relevant education and experience.
• Experience in coaching and arranging internships.
• Experience working with people from different linguistic backgrounds is an advantage.
• Personal suitability is highly valued.

Project employment 2026–2029.
