Cooperative EMIL is a non-profit assistance provider that has been active since 1994.

Our goal is to offer our members a good quality of life with security and safety in their assistance. We focus on our members' integrity, human value, and ensuring that our members can live as independently as possible with the help of personal assistance.

We are currently active in Södermanland and the surrounding area to ensure proximity to our members and staff.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a man living in Munktellstaden.

Our member is in his 50s, is multisick, and has diabetes. He is wheelchair-bound and has a genetic cell disease. This means he needs help with transfers, structure, and planning. He has a feeding tube for medication, food, and fluids. Assistance with dressing, toilet visits, and personal hygiene is required, and all transfers are done using a ceiling hoist.

As his memory is somewhat impaired, it is important that the assistant reminds him of daily tasks such as showering, shopping, and errands.

We are looking for an assistant who can work a scheduled shift of approximately 63%. Working hours are scheduled for shifts from 07:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:00 on weekdays. Every third weekend, you work from 08:00–21:00 on both Saturday and Sunday.

The assistant cycles when our member drives his Permobil, so you must be able to cycle.
