Senior SEM Specialist

Who are you?
Aside from being driven, curious, and unpretentious, you have at least 5 years of experience with Google Ads (preferably from an agency). You are confident in your craft, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to work closely with both clients, the team, and the business. You've been around the block and know that the right strategy combined with continuous optimization is the difference that makes the difference.
And because you appreciate structure, here is a clear list of a few more things we believe you bring to the table:
- Excellent knowledge of Google Ads and its ecosystem
- Experience working strategically, not just operationally
- Strong analytical skills and habit of working data-driven
- Good understanding of how SEM and SEO interact in the organic and paid search journey
- Experience with SEO and programmatic
- Active Google Ads certifications
Here is what your new job could look like:
With us, you will have a central role in several client projects. You will be responsible for the entire SEM process – from analysis and strategy to execution, follow-up, and recommendations.
You work both independently and together with other specialists. In most projects, you have support from project managers, allowing you to focus on quality, results, and development.
Here is what you will do:
- Develop SEM strategies and implementation plans
- Work hands-on in Google Ads, including search ads, shopping ads, YouTube ads, display, and remarketing
- Continuously optimize accounts with a clear business focus
- Responsible for reporting, analysis, and recommendations to the client
- Be a reliable advisor in dialogues and follow-ups
- Work closely with SEO specialists – and contribute operationally within SEO when relevant
- Contribute to developing our SEM service and working methods
- Share your knowledge and support colleagues in the team
