Senior Project Manager

Who are you?

You are an experienced project manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, people, and business. You keep an eye on the big picture without losing sight of the details, and you know that a successful project is about as much about communication as it is about competence.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager at a digital agency, web agency, or equivalent in-house department. You don't need to have coded a single line in your life – but you know enough to ask the right questions and understand the answers.

Since you like to stay on top of things, here is a list of what we believe you bring to the table:

• At least 3 years of project management experience within web, e-commerce, or digital marketing
• Experience leading projects with multiple parallel tracks and stakeholders
• Good technical understanding – you know what is possible and what takes time
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and strategists
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines without compromising on quality
• Natural in the role of external contact to the client and internal engine in the team
• Advantageous: experience with WordPress and/or agile working methods
• Social, egoless, and appreciated by colleagues and clients – it shows

What you will do:

Here, you will own projects from kick-off to delivery. You work with medium to large clients across various industries – and you are the link that keeps the client, team, and final result together.

More concretely, this means that you:

• Lead web development and e-commerce projects as well as digital marketing projects
• Are responsible for planning, budget, timelines, and ongoing follow-up
• Act as the primary contact for the client throughout the entire project
• Drive the internal project team consisting of designers, developers, strategists, and specialists
• Ensure that deliveries maintain high quality and that the client feels secure in the process
• Communicate proactively – internally and with the client – regarding status, risks, and next steps
• Contribute to our continued development of how we work with project management
