Do you want to work in an administrative and customer-facing role where structure, service, and attention to detail are the focus? We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for an Order Administrator with good knowledge of Danish for an exciting consultancy assignment in Malmö, starting immediately.

In this role, you will work with order processing for the Nordic market and be an important part of the daily administrative flow. You are responsible for ensuring that incoming orders are handled correctly and efficiently, as well as providing customers with fast and professional service.

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Registration and processing of incoming orders
• Contact with customers via phone and email
• Answering questions regarding deliveries and products
• Informing customers about changes in delivery or order status
• Invoicing and administration regarding returns
• Document management and archiving

We believe you are a meticulous and service-oriented person who enjoys administrative tasks and finds it easy to collaborate with others. You are responsible, structured, and like to keep things organized even at a high pace.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have previous experience in administration or order processing
• Be accustomed to customer contact via phone and email
• Communicate fluently in Danish, Swedish, and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have good computer skills and be quick to learn new systems

Experience with invoicing or working in the D365 business system is highly meritorious.

This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately. The assignment initially runs for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will be located at the client's office in Malmö and work standard office hours Monday–Friday.
