We at Eurocash are proud of our successful cross-border retail chain, characterized by engagement, a focus on profitable sales, and customer-centricity. We are now looking for more employees who want to work together with us at Eurocash.

Main Responsibilities

As a Store Employee with Department Responsibility, you will take significant personal responsibility for ensuring our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will ensure our shelves are well-stocked, that our store is clean and tidy, and that you handle customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become a key part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. In return, we can promise excellent development opportunities in an organization where we dare to think outside the box. We are a great team working together at Eurocash Storlien Fjellhandel, and now we are looking for you to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position. A probationary period applies. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer wages according to collective agreement.

What We Expect

Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be good at working in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means, for example, that you are service- and sales-oriented, but also have an eye for both details and the big picture. We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably within retail and service. Previous experience in the grocery industry is an advantage.

Diversity is a business opportunity for us, so we encourage a diversity of applicants for all our positions. If you want to know more about what the position entails, contact Markus Rölling at [email protected]. We would appreciate it if you sent your application as soon as possible, as the position may be filled before the final application date of 2026-06-09. We only accept applications through our job portals.

To determine if you are the right fit, our recruitment process includes both tests and interviews. We verify ID and conduct background checks in all recruitments. Read more: How it works when you apply for a job at Axfood (#)

Please note that we will not ask you to log in with your Bank-ID or scan any QR code during this recruitment process. For questions, contact Employee Support via the contact form.
