Solåkrabyn is a non-profit association providing social therapeutic LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) activities for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

We are currently seeking substitutes for our daily activities on Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications

You need to have education in care and nursing, equivalent education, or experience working within care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to the extensive documentation and communication involved. Computer skills and a valid driver's license (Category B) are mandatory.

Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and experience working with people with disabilities are considered advantageous.

The duties include, under the supervision of the workshop manager and together with other staff, being responsible for engagement, development, and care in daily activities according to LSS. Daily written documentation is part of the role.

Working hours: daytime, Monday to Friday.
