About your new job

In your role as a support assistant, it is valuable if you have competence in low-affective interaction and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.

As a support assistant with us, you have the opportunity for full-time employment, but we give you the flexibility to decide for yourself how much you want to work. Your effort is valuable to us, and we ensure you have a balance between work and leisure.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have empathy, engagement, and a big heart for working with people.
• Are flexible, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and other professions.
• Have assistant nurse education or other education assessed as equivalent.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Advantageous with education/competence in low-affective interaction.
• Advantageous with experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
