About your new job
We always strive to provide every individual with the care they need and deserve – tailored to their personal wishes and needs. With us, you will have the opportunity to:
- Motivate and strengthen: Encourage our users to be independent, helping them maintain their interests and keep up their routines.
- Support with care: Provide support and help where needed, with the goal that every effort is carried out together with the individual based on their unique conditions.
- Create choice: Inspire and motivate our users to make their own choices, and to maintain interests, habits, and take responsibility for their own daily lives.
In your role as a support assistant, it is valuable if you have competence in low-affective interaction and experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
As a support assistant with us, you have the opportunity for full-time employment, but we give you the flexibility to decide for yourself how much you want to work. Your effort is valuable to us, and we ensure you have a balance between work and leisure.
Our core value, "We meet in the feeling of dignity," is more than just words. It permeates everything we do – from our meetings with colleagues to the care of users and relatives. We work from a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on what promotes health and well-being in each individual. You support people in their daily lives where we work from strengthening the individual's abilities and developing them. We also work based on Antonovsky's Sense of Coherence (KASAM) to strengthen the individual's sense of coherence and self-determination.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have empathy, engagement, and a big heart for working with people.
- Are flexible, responsible, and enjoy collaborating with both colleagues and other professions.
- Have assistant nurse education or other education assessed as equivalent.
- Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Advantageous with education/competence in low-affective interaction.
- Advantageous with experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
We welcome your application!
