Main Responsibilities
As a Store Employee with Department Responsibility, you will take significant ownership to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will be responsible for keeping our shelves well-stocked, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our store, and handling customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer interaction, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become a key part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. We are a great team working together at Eurocash in Storlien Fjellhandel, and we are now looking for you to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position. A probationary period applies. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer wages according to the collective agreement.
What We Expect
Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive with us, you should also be comfortable working in a team, be meticulous, and quality-conscious. Additionally, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture. We prefer that you have completed upper secondary education, preferably within retail and service. Previous experience in the grocery industry is an advantage.
