We are now looking for an administrative inside sales representative for our client in the machinery rental industry, based in Rosersberg with an immediate start. In this role, the focus is heavily on administration, coordination, and creating structure in daily operations.

About the role

In this position, you will work broadly with administrative and coordinating tasks related to customers and business. You will handle orders, documentation, and follow-ups, while maintaining ongoing contact with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Administer quotations, orders, and contracts
• Ensure correct documentation in the systems
• Manage the delivery and return of machinery
• Receive and assist customers on-site, by phone, and via email
• Support the business in daily operations as needed

Qualifications

• Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems
• Experience from an administrative role
• Experience with construction and earthmoving machinery is an advantage
