About the job

We are looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team at Willys Huskvarna C! As an E-commerce Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and prepared for pickup at our Pickup Station.

Employment type: Permanent position, 32 hours per week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-06-22 or as agreed.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: Upper secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks.

Here is a bit more about the role:

  • You manage and participate in the daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating the picking, packing, and distribution of e-commerce goods.
  • Together with the store managers, you plan the day's tasks and future work. You handle both planned and unexpected events. This is a great entry-level job for you who want to try a role involving leadership, structure, and planning.
  • You are the hub in the store's e-commerce network and are the contact person for customer service and carriers, among others.
  • You analyze, follow up on, and drive e-commerce issues together with your nearest manager.
  • You are part of the "Colonial" team and participate in the daily operations of the store, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good.
  • You meet our customers with knowledge, attention to detail, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.

About you

Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do the same. You enjoy learning new things, like being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It is also great if:

  • You have worked in a store for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, want to learn new things and develop. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous jobs is a plus.
  • You are flexible, can juggle many balls in the air, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks.
  • You have very good IT and computer skills, are detail-oriented, and have no problem navigating different systems.
  • You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
  • You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that's great!
