Main Responsibilities
As a Store Employee with Department Responsibility, you will take significant ownership to ensure our customers can easily find what they are looking for. You will be responsible for keeping shelves well-stocked, maintaining a clean and tidy store, and handling customer payments. Together with your colleagues, you will focus on positive customer service, profitable sales, and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will become a key part of the chain leading to an inspiring shopping experience. In return, we offer excellent development opportunities in an organization where we dare to think outside the box. We are a great team at Eurocash in Storlien Fjellhandel, and we are looking for you to join us. This is a permanent full-time position with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement.
What We Expect
Liking to work with customers and sales is a prerequisite for the role. To thrive here, you should also be a team player, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious. You should enjoy a fast-paced environment. Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations of the store. This means you are service- and sales-oriented, with an eye for both details and the big picture. We prefer applicants who have completed upper secondary education, preferably in retail and service. Previous experience in the grocery industry is an advantage.
