You will become part of the municipal cadastral authority in Täby and, based on your competence and experience, independently handle all types of cadastral proceedings, prepare maps, participate in improving the quality of the property register and register map, and provide service to the public and other actors in property law matters, etc. The Cadastral Authority in Täby plays a key role in the urban planning process, and as a municipal cadastral surveyor, you will participate in various parts of this, including competence in implementation issues during the detailed planning process.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a university degree or a master of science degree in surveying, another equivalent higher education, or another legal degree that the employer considers equivalent.

You have many years of experience in cadastral operations, and it is meritorious if you have experience working with the mapping software Geosecma. If you have previously worked as a case manager at the Swedish Land Survey Authority, it is very meritorious.

The tasks require, in addition to professional knowledge, that you are solution-oriented, have analytical skills, and decision-making ability. We are looking for someone who can both collaborate and work independently, and who can take responsibility for both your own work performance and the organization's goals and results. You should have good verbal and written communication skills. You are positive, engaged, and unpretentious as a person, and great importance will be placed on your personal qualities.
