Adecco is now looking for a Finance/Accounting Assistant for a consulting assignment with immediate start with one of our clients in South Stockholm. After 6 months as a consultant, you will be offered employment with the client in question.

In the role of Finance/Accounting Assistant, you will work broadly with ongoing financial tasks and support the business in daily accounting work. You will become part of a small team and work closely with the company's finance manager. You will work in a dynamic company within consumer credit, with an international connection where reporting is done in English. You will work closely with the company's finance manager and be part of a small office of approximately 15 people. The organization is relatively flat with a young and dynamic group where several external functions are international. Introduction is conducted by the current economist and the responsible manager.

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
• Handling supplier invoices (approx. 40 per month)
• Bank reconciliations and reconciliation of balance and tax accounts
• Handling payments and work in approval workflows
• Netting accounting
• Reporting to banks and follow-up on unpaid supplier invoices
• Support in monthly and annual financial statements (not full responsibility)
• Other administrative tasks related to office and purchasing

• Have post-secondary education in economics
• Have at least 3–4 years of experience working as a finance or accounting assistant
• Have good experience with supplier invoices, reconciliations, and ongoing accounting
• Have worked in business systems (preferably Visma or similar)
• Have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Are meticulous, structured, and thrive in an operational role

It is meritorious if you have experience working in smaller organizations and are comfortable with a broad responsibility.

This is a clear temporary hire via Adecco, which means you start your employment as a consultant with us during the first six months. Thereafter, the ambition is that you are offered permanent placement with the client and continue your employment under their management, provided there is a mutual interest. The assignment has immediate start and you will work on-site at the client's premises. The person you are replacing will remain for your first month, giving you good conditions for a secure and structured introduction to the role.
