Floor Host / Cleaning Services at ISS – a broad and varied service role!

ISS is now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our client in Boden. This is a broad and varied role where you will become an important part of the daily workplace service – responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for both visitors and employees.

About the role

As a combined Floor Host / Cleaning Services role, you have a central role in ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly from start to finish. The role combines both practical and administrative tasks, and suits you if you enjoy variety and switching between different types of assignments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing mail and deliveries as well as internal distribution.
• Conducting rounds of agreed areas at the client site according to the current contract.
• Assisting with orders and administrative tasks, such as assigning workspaces, personal lockers, meeting and conference services, access tags, and updating email lists.
• Performing daily cleaning and other cleaning tasks on agreed surfaces to ensure a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
• Supporting employees and colleagues and contributing to a well-functioning and pleasant work environment.

A day might start with cleaning tasks and then move on to more administrative and customer-facing tasks. Therefore, we are looking for you who thrive in an active role with great variation and appreciate switching between different types of responsibilities.

Employment type: Permanent position with an initial six-month probation period
Hours: 50% with a chance to increase hours
Location: Boden

As our client operates in a security-sensitive business, a security clearance check will be conducted prior to employment.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience from one or more of the following areas: reception, conference, hotel, caretaker, cleaning services, retail, or other service operations. You have a high school education, good computer skills, and preferably experience with simpler IT or caretaker tasks.
