Do you have experience in B2B service sales and thrive on building long-term customer relationships? Do you have an interest in people's health and working environment, and enjoy working in teams to create value and results for the customer? Falck is now looking for an Account Manager based in Kiruna, Gällivare, or Luleå.

At Falck Health and Working Life, we help our customers achieve results through people. We do this by streamlining organizations, developing leaders, fostering employee engagement, and contributing to positive working environments for our customers.

As an Account Manager with us, the focus is on the long-term development of customer collaboration, with an emphasis on mastering Falck's offerings and understanding the customer's needs, presenting solutions in an interesting, engaging, and business-like manner. This means, for example, that you will present demos in digital or physical customer meetings, where you continuously answer the customer's questions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in bidding processes
  • Working with the implementation of new customers
  • Managing existing customers with the responsibility to develop and identify growth opportunities
  • Monitoring contract compliance
  • Working with marketing activities and market monitoring
  • Handling other administration related to customer work, such as writing quotes

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent
  • Experience in complex B2B service sales, preferably in similar areas such as working environment/health.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong administrative skills, and proficiency in using IT support, e.g., CRM systems.

Meritorious:

  • Since we value internal development and look at our employees long-term, it is extra meritorious if you have some form of leadership experience, for example from project management, a team leader role, or previous personnel responsibility.

Other:

Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time (100%). Start date by agreement. The position involves travel within Norrbotten County, so you need a driver's license and preferably access to a company car.
