There is now a golden opportunity for you who are a nurse, as we are looking for nurses within different parts of our operational area. If you want to work within functional support/LSS, there is one position available. At the nursing home, there are two positions, and if you want to work on a short-term ward, there is one additional position. Working Conditions and Benefits

Your weekend shifts are every sixth week, and evening shifts include two to three times per six-week period – something that makes it possible to plan your leisure time better. In the evenings, you work as a nurse yourself, but you always have other professions to collaborate with, and the whole team supports each other.

Job Responsibilities

Common responsibilities for all operational areas:

  • Nursing Care: You work according to the nursing process and are responsible for ensuring good and safe care.
  • Medication Management: Quality-assured handling of medications for your patients.
  • Documentation: Responsibility for documentation, risk assessments, and establishing and following documented agreements regarding care.
  • Collaboration: Close cooperation and collaboration with colleagues as well as other actors within and outside the operations.

Nursing Home:

  • You are the responsible nurse on two wards with a total of 20 patients.
  • You work together with nursing staff for the best possible care and regularly follow up on patients' health status.
  • Collaboration occurs with, for example, primary care, relatives, and the municipality.

Short-term Ward:

  • You are responsible for a ward with 10 patients and collaborate closely with a nursing colleague on an adjacent ward.
  • Admissions and discharges occur continuously.
  • More intensive collaboration with both internal and external actors both before and during the stay as well as at discharge.
  • Planning and coordination regarding the patient's continued support and care are central.

LSS and Social Psychiatry:

  • Here you are responsible for more patients, as the need for municipal health care varies between individuals.
  • In addition to the common responsibilities, it often involves being extra active in coordinating between different healthcare providers, such as primary care, habilitation, and specialist care.
  • You become an important function in the coordination of the patient's care and work closely with your nursing colleague to give patients the best possible support, security, and continuity.

Qualifications and Merits

  • Licensed Nurse
  • Good ability to both prioritize and structure work
  • Good attitude and ease in collaborating with other professional groups, patients, and relatives
  • Ability to work independently and make own decisions
  • Humble and flat-hierarchy with a desire to both receive and share knowledge
  • Contributes to an open and inclusive work climate where we learn from each other
  • Experience in preventive work using quality registers and risk assessments
  • Experience in municipal health care is meritorious, as is specialist training in geriatrics or as a district nurse.
  • You master the Swedish language well in both speech and writing
  • A B driving license is required for the position.
