🎯 Your Role

As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the entire business process – from initial contact to long-term collaboration. You actively work on identifying new business opportunities, building trust with decision-makers, and helping companies gain visibility through our digital advertising solutions.

You will become a key part of our growth and have the opportunity to develop quickly in a role where performance truly makes a difference.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and identifying potential corporate clients
• Contacting decision-makers and creating meaningful business dialogues
• Presenting and selling digital advertising solutions via phone, digital meetings, and email
• Sending quotes, negotiating, and closing deals
• Building long-term customer relationships that you own

Location: Eskilstuna (HQ), Västerås, Norrköping, or Helsinki

Working hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 07:30–16:30

Salary: Guaranteed salary + uncapped commission

Employment: Full-time, 6-month probation period, with the possibility of permanent employment

Start date: Immediately or by agreement
