Your responsibilities

As an Accounts Assistant, you will be part of a team of 10 people and report to the Nordic CFO. Your tasks will include customer invoicing for both media buys and fees, reporting of customer receivables, IFRS reporting, sending reminders, interest invoicing, etc. You will also work with incoming supplier invoices, which includes registration, coding, and bookkeeping. We continuously improve our processes and systems, with and without AI, and we want you to participate in this work.

We look for you to have relevant economic education. As a person, you are proactive, unpretentious, and maintain a high professional profile in your work. Since the role involves many contacts both internally and externally, it is important that you are service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized, placing great emphasis on completing your tasks with great care and attention to detail. You drive your own work independently while thriving as part of a team with close collaboration with both colleagues and customers. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, orally and in writing, and see a challenging and exciting future ahead.

Success factors

• Relevant education in economics and/or several years of experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing (knowledge of Spanish is a big plus but absolutely not a requirement)
• Good knowledge of Excel and interest in systems. Previous experience with Marathon is considered an advantage.
