About the role

We are growing and now looking for you who have experience in developing and managing customers and their IT platforms. You work closely with other colleagues to deliver the most suitable solution to each individual customer. The role is hands-on and technical but also requires a holistic view and understanding of the business's needs and goals. We place great emphasis on your competence development through assignments and training. At Nordlo, you become an advisory and reliable technical partner, more than just a supplier.

The work involves

• Creating IT solutions adapted to our customers' businesses.
• Participating in various types of projects, such as migration and implementation projects.
• Incident management and in-depth troubleshooting.
• Building strong relationships with customers – both on-site and remotely.

About you

We are looking for you who have several years of experience with the technologies listed below, or related areas, and who enjoy taking responsibility and interacting with customers. You are curious, structured, and like working both independently and collaboratively. Above all, you have a genuine interest in IT – just like us.

We believe you are someone who drives your work all the way to completion and has the ability to create structure in everyday life. You enjoy taking on new challenges, are happy to share your knowledge, and see the value in good collaboration. You keep up to date with digital technology and like to stay ahead when it comes to new solutions and opportunities.

You speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

We would like you to have experience with:

• Active Directory and Group Policy
• Azure, M365, Intune, EntraID
• Windows, Linux, OSX
• Troubleshooting and technical support in complex IT environments

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Power Platform
• AI
• Networking
• SQL
• PowerBI
