We are a ten-person agency located in the heart of Östermalm, Stockholm, helping companies with their entire finance function — from ongoing bookkeeping to annual accounts, payroll, analysis, and advisory services. We are now looking for an experienced colleague who wants to take the next step in their career with us.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least two years of practical experience in bookkeeping, from an accounting firm or an internal finance department
• is confident in ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparatory annual accounts work
• is ready to take — or already has — own customer responsibility

As a person, you are driven, self-motivated, and communicative. You enjoy building long-term relationships with your customers, thrive in a team, and have a problem-solving instinct that leads you to find smarter ways of working — for both yourself and the customer.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE

• A post-secondary education in economics or equivalent work experience
• At least two years of practical experience in bookkeeping
• Good knowledge of Fortnox
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good IT and technical skills
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Fluent Swedish

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with independent annual accounts work (K2/K3)
• Experience with group accounting
• Experience with payroll management
• Started or planned path towards becoming an authorized accounting consultant
• Experience with AI tools or automation in accounting work — but we also teach this
• Experience with digitalization projects or system changes within finance

YOUR ROLE

With us, you will work broadly and independently. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio spanning several industries — from smaller limited companies to businesses with subsidiary structures and international operations. You will handle ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, annual accounts (K2/K3), tax returns, and advisory services, becoming a key contact person for your customers. The assignments often include related work such as budgeting, company formations, and liquidations. We support your continued development — towards becoming an authorized accounting consultant if you are not already there, towards team leader responsibilities, or towards a specialist role in areas such as payroll, tax, or digitalization. We have no formal titles or fixed career steps; development is driven by what you are capable of and willing to take on.
