We are in an exciting phase where we are strengthening and modernizing our physical security in an international context. We are now looking for a Security Systems Engineer who wants to take a holistic approach to our technical security solutions and help shape both direction and structure for the future.

In this role, you will become a key figure at the intersection of security, IT, and operations. You will not only work with technology in detail but also contribute to how our systems are designed, integrated, and developed over time. It is about creating solutions that are robust and secure – but also practical, scalable, and sustainable in everyday life.

You will initially focus on our Swedish operations, where you will build a stable technical foundation. The goal thereafter is for the solutions to be usable in a broader international environment. This means you will work both operationally and strategically, having a real impact on how our security systems function globally.

We believe you thrive in a role where you take responsibility, make your own choices, and collaborate with many different functions – from technicians and IT specialists to external suppliers. Here, it is just as important to see the big picture as it is to understand the details.

Requirements

• University-level technical education or equivalent experience
• At least five years of professional experience in a technical role within networking, security, or security systems, or another relevant area for the position.
• Experience with technical security systems (e.g., access control, alarms, cameras, or similar)
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and networks (IP-based environments)
• Ability to work systematically with technical solutions and documentation
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ARX or similar systems
• Experience with integrations between different systems
• Background in networking/infrastructure (VLAN, segmentation, firewalls)
• Experience from larger or international environments
• Work in security-classified or regulated operations
• Knowledge of identity/access or OT/IoT
