Do you have experience in the role of a price setter? Do you like structure, responsibility, and making things flow – while also being ready to jump in where needed? Then this might be just right for you.

In this role, you will take a holistic approach to the flow between the workshop, customers, and administration. You will work closely with both mechanics and advisors, providing support when needed and ensuring that everything is done correctly, efficiently, and with high quality. By contributing your structure and sense of responsibility, you will play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly and delivering the best possible customer experience.

About the role

You will be responsible for pricing jobs and handling insurance cases, as well as ensuring that invoices are sent out on time. By keeping an eye on the details and understanding the big picture, you will directly contribute to a strong financial result.

Familiarity with industry-related systems is highly advantageous – especially if you have previously worked with Kobra, Automaster, or Cabas.

You preferably have experience working in a similar role for at least a few years and thrive in an organized environment. You are unpretentious, responsible, and believe it goes without saying to go the extra mile. Being structured and administratively strong is just as important as being a good team player.

We believe you:

• Have experience as a service advisor or price setter in the automotive industry
• Are meticulous, self-motivated, and able to prioritize easily
• Enjoy working with systems and have good IT skills
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English
