Do you want to work in an advanced and business-critical IT environment where no two days are alike? We are now looking for a consultant for an upcoming assignment with our client in the defense industry. Here, you will become an important part of a support function that supports a factory environment with 24/7 operations, year-round.

You will work in a business-critical 24/7 environment with a focus on support within infrastructure, databases, and networking. Initially, you will be introduced to working methods, systems, and processes through work within Second Line and Extended Support, before gradually becoming part of the dedicated factory support team.

You will become part of a larger team of approximately 40 people within Second Line and Extended Support, where the Stockholm team consists of around 10 people.

Responsibilities:

• Support for business-critical systems in a 24/7 production environment
• Systematic troubleshooting and incident management
• Work with infrastructure, servers, databases, and networks
• Documentation and knowledge transfer
• Collaboration with various support and specialist functions
• Contribute to the development and growth of the support area

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support
• Experience in systematic troubleshooting
• Experience working in case management systems
• Experience in infrastructure/server environments
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux
• Experience with databases, storage, and networking
• Good documentation habits
• A strong service focus and a genuine passion for support
• Good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Other information:

• Location: Stockholm
• The work is primarily on-site, with some possibility for remote work

• The position involves three-shift work as support is provided 24/7
