About the Role

At Siemens Smart Infrastructure, you will work at the intersection of technology, customers, and future smart buildings. As a Service Engineer, you will be a key person in the team, close to both customers and colleagues, contributing technical expertise and a solution-oriented mindset. The role involves close collaboration with customers to improve their facilities regarding sustainability, technology, and digitalization. You listen to customer needs and propose valuable solutions that contribute to their development and maximize the potential of their buildings. As a Service Engineer, you will also:

• Work operationally and practically with our products at customer sites
• Serve as the customer's technical advisor and long-term partner
• Closely collaborate with technicians, project managers, and sales in a competent team

Your Profile

For the role of Service Engineer, we are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and people and is motivated by solving problems that truly make a difference for the customer. You have a genuine interest in building automation and enjoy understanding how systems connect, both in theory and practice. At the same time, you appreciate variety, personal responsibility, and the opportunity to influence and plan your work.

• Background in electrical engineering, preferably in automation or control systems
• Experience with building automation in service, operations, or project environments
• Ability to understand customer needs and present creative solutions
• Good system understanding and interest in digital and software-based solutions
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
