The brand Ditt Café is owned and managed by four companies: Stigs Café och Bageri AB, Bernts Konditori AB, Agdas Café, and Bernards Konditori AB. Under this brand, we operate 9 cafés and one production facility. We conduct business in five locations within Jönköping County and employ around 70 staff members (both permanent and temporary).

Are you someone who thrives both working independently and as part of a team? Are you passionate about providing great service, working with quality, and creating joy for our customers? Then we have the summer job for you!

About the position: As a summer employee at Bernards, you will be an important part of our team, working both independently and with colleagues to ensure our customers have the best possible experience. Your tasks may vary between providing service in the shop, preparing simple meals, dishwashing & cleaning, or assisting in other areas – all to contribute to a positive atmosphere where we value both joy and commitment.

We are looking for you who:

• Are over 16 years old.
• Have a genuine interest in people and service.
• Are self-motivated and enjoy taking responsibility when working independently.
• Are a team player who likes to collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
• Have a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for both customers and colleagues.
• Are flexible and can adapt to different tasks and work environments.
• Are available to work during the following weeks:

• Weeks 29–31
• Afternoon shift on June 12th
• Midsummer's Eve 08:30–13:30
• Can complete training during weeks 23 & 24
