About the role
We are currently looking for a Web Communicator for a government agency in Stockholm. The agency is in the early stages of building a new website and is therefore looking for someone who can support the creation and quality assurance of content, and to some extent contribute to building pages in collaboration with the project manager.

A large part of the assignment involves reworking the content on the existing website to make it more target-group adapted and user-friendly. You will be part of a project group and collaborate closely with lawyers and other experts.

The role may also involve working with the current website, the intranet, and the agency's e-services. Additionally, other common tasks within a communications unit may be included.

Assignment period and scope
The position as Web Communicator is a full-time consulting assignment starting on August 17, 2026, and is expected to last until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension for an additional (1) year.

You will primarily work from the agency's office on Kungsholmen. There is an opportunity for remote work up to 45 percent of working hours, upon agreement and based on the needs of the business.

For candidates who proceed to the final stage of the process, a digital interview with the agency is planned for June 16–17. In connection with the interview, a writing test will be conducted as part of the selection process. A passing result on the writing test must demonstrate that the candidate has very good ability to express themselves in writing in Swedish, as well as good knowledge of plain language.

Requirements for the position:

• University education, for example in media and communication or equivalent education, and at least three (3) years of work experience from similar communication work.
• Very good knowledge of website work, for example SEO, web structure, and digital accessibility.
• Very good skills in writing for websites.
• Very good skills in plain language, i.e., language that is refined, simple, and understandable – and above all adapted to the recipients' needs.
• Very good skills in the web publishing tool Optimizely.
• Very good skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Good skills in MS Office.

Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in parallel while maintaining quality.
