Customer Communications Specialist at Property Company Willhem
Do you enjoy helping customers and have experience in customer service? Then you might be our new colleague!
We are currently looking primarily for someone who thrives in phone contact and wants to assist our customers during our phone hours. At the same time, we are a modern and forward-looking customer service that works with digital development and AI solutions. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you are curious about new ways of working and digital service.
Here, you will help our tenants via phone, chat, and digital channels with questions regarding, among other things, fault reports, agreements, and rent statements.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in customer service or another service profession
- Are confident and accustomed to phone contact with customers
- Enjoy solving problems and providing good service
- Are comfortable with computers and digital working methods
- Are curious about modern customer service and digital development
We are looking for someone who is communicative and contributes positive energy to the team. You thrive in a changing environment where you are motivated by finding solutions and providing good service to both customers and colleagues. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and are a proficient computer user. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and an interest in digitalization and AI solutions are meritorious.
At Willhem, you will become part of a helpful team at our headquarters in Gothenburg. The position is approximately 70% with working hours on weekdays from 09:30–15:30.
