Are you a licensed psychologist who wants to use your expertise to build sustainable and high-performing workplaces? At Falck, we focus on strengthening what is healthy and giving people tools to handle the challenges of working life, such as stress and conflicts. Your work consists of targeted, shorter interventions where you meet a motivated clientele who want to get back on track and move forward. Falck Health and Working Life is growing and is now looking for a colleague for our clinic in Eskilstuna/Köping!
This is a role with great variety where you get to use your full range of competencies. You alternate between time-limited individual counseling sessions, conducting training courses, and creatively adapting standardized materials for our customers. This can involve everything from rehabilitation efforts to lectures on stress management, psychosocial work environment assessments (OSA), and coaching for managers.
At Falck in Eskilstuna/Köping, you get the chance to work proactively and see the direct impact of your efforts, both for the individual and the organization, in close collaboration with our company doctors, physiotherapists, and other specialists. You will deliver services both physically and digitally to both local and national customers, providing an interesting variety in your job.
Here is what you need to succeed in this role:
- License as a psychologist
- Experience in counseling and treatments using methods such as CBT, ACT, or similar
- Experience working with groups and/or conducting workshops
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good computer skills, as well as interest and preferably experience in delivering services via digital tools and working with online-based methods.

You are proactive and have the ability to take on the role of a consultant by, among other things, deepening your knowledge in new areas requested by customers and working creatively to achieve the best results.

Other details:
Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period, starting after the summer. Full-time (100%) or as agreed. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays. The work is performed physically on-site.
Location: Eskilstuna/Köping. The position involves travel to customers and Falck units in the surrounding area as needed by the business, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably your own car for the role.
