About the role
Textilia is a leading Scandinavian group within sustainable laundry and textile services for customers with high demands on quality, service, and hygiene. In the role of Key Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for customer satisfaction, upselling, and business development, with a strong focus on long-term relationships and close collaboration with the customer. Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager at Textilia, you have a central and business-close role where you are responsible for building, developing, and deepening long-term customer relationships. The role combines relationship-building sales with analysis and business development, where you work both strategically and operationally. You have great freedom to plan your work yourself and are expected to take clear personal responsibility for driving business, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The work involves significant customer contact and close collaboration with internal functions to create sustainable and profitable businesses.
- Overall responsibility for existing customers, with a focus on nurturing relationships and developing the business over time
- Active prospecting for new customers within prioritized segments, such as healthcare, care, and food
- Drive the entire sales process – from needs analysis and customer meetings to business closure
- Work with follow-up and analysis of customer data, revenue development, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Responsible for and work systematically towards set KPIs and contribute to Textilia's long-term growth
Your profile
We are looking for you who are structured, meticulous, and self-starting, with a clear sense of responsibility to ensure quality in your work. You are good at creating order, following up, and delivering according to agreement – while also having the ability to look up and see the big picture. You are a team player who thrives on collaboration and is flexible in your working style, where you can reprioritize based on the needs of the business and customers.
You are business-driven and communicative with a strong customer focus, and thrive in a role where you combine planning and analysis with operational, relationship-based work. You take initiative, drive processes forward, and work purposefully – but also understand the value of collaboration to achieve the best results.
To succeed in the role, you are confident working independently, have good analytical skills, and are accustomed to following up on business, customer data, and results.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales
- A structured and meticulous working style, with a focus on quality and follow-up
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt your work based on business needs
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with numbers, budgets, and follow-up – good knowledge of Excel is an advantage
- Ability to work independently while actively contributing to the team's common goals
- Ability to develop yourself independently and seek new knowledge
- Valid driver's license (Category B) is a requirement
