We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Junior Accountant for a long-term consulting assignment at an exciting SaaS company in a modern and dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity for you if you have recently graduated or are graduating in June and want to get a strong start to your career in finance.

You will become part of a competent finance team where you will receive a secure introduction and gradually take on more qualified tasks. The role suits you if you are curious and driven, with an interest in systems, IT, and finance. The assignment offers good opportunities to develop alongside both the company and your own skills, in an environment where structure meets change.

You will work as a consultant through Vindex, and the assignment is expected to last approximately 6-8 months, starting as soon as possible.

About the Role

In the role of Junior Accountant, you will primarily work with customer and supplier accounts receivable/payable, while also taking on more financial administrative tasks over time. You will receive a broad introduction and will gradually grow into more responsible parts of the finance function.

Location: Stockholm City

Main Responsibilities

• Handling of customer and supplier accounts
• Simple customer invoicing and customer data management
• Reconciliations related to accounts
• Handling incoming inquiries via email
• Updating customer and supplier registers in business systems
• Support in monthly and ongoing financial processes
• Administrative tasks within the finance function

Qualifications

• Recently graduated from university or college, with a focus on economics/finance
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Interest in systems and curiosity regarding IT and digital tools
• Basic understanding of financial flows
