RESPONSIBILITIES

At GR's conference unit, you work in a pleasant environment with friendly colleagues whose goal is to meet customers' needs for service, good food, and good conference solutions. There are eight conference rooms with a capacity from 2 to 80 people, all equipped with what is needed for a successful event. At the conference and customer reception, we have seven employees, and we are now looking for extra staff who can assist with rearranging our conference rooms.

The tasks involve furnishing and setting up our conference rooms. Some heavy lifting is involved.

The working hours will include a fixed afternoon/evening per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• We are looking for you who are orderly and meticulous in your work.
• You must also be able to adapt to new situations and be solution-oriented.
• You can communicate verbally in Swedish.

The position is well suited for you who are studying, as you can combine the job with your studies.
