Your role – more than just HR

Here, you step into a role where you make a real difference. You become a close partner to our leaders and drive the entire employee journey – from first contact to long-term development.

You will, among other things:

  • Attract and find the right talents who want to grow with us
  • Drive and develop our recruitment processes
  • Support and coach our managers & employees in their daily work
  • Contribute to developing culture, engagement, and leadership
  • Ensure that we develop, retain, and leverage our employees' potential
  • Work broadly within HR – both operationally and developmentally

You work in our HR system Simployer and help develop our HR processes forward in close collaboration with your HR colleagues, in the form of a payroll specialist and HR Manager.

We believe that you:

  • Are driven and take initiative – you do not wait for things to happen
  • Are curious and development-oriented – you want to understand, improve, and move forward
  • Have a strong desire to create value for the business and the people in it
  • Thrives in a role where you get to combine structure with relationships
  • Have a university degree from an HR program or equivalent experience
  • Have at least a couple of years of experience in a similar role
  • Fogmaker is an international company, and we see this as a major strength; therefore, it is an advantage if you have experience supporting or collaborating with foreign units.
