About the role:

As a QA/Quality Coordinator, you will work both operationally and administratively with the company's quality work. You will drive improvement initiatives, handle deviations, and support the organization regarding quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and security. You will gain a broad insight into the gas industry, and there are good opportunities for personal development and learning in this role.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Participating in the overall work of the quality department
• Driving and supporting improvement activities within quality, environment, and safety
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for the group
• Ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP and internal procedures
• Working with and administering the business system
• Handling and following up on deviations, complaints, and accidents
• Participating in installation and customer projects
• Performing analyses and instrument calibration as needed
• Instructing and training employees in quality, environment, and safety

We are looking for someone who has:

• A post-secondary technical education
• Strong administrative skills and experience working in various systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The following qualifications are meritorious:

• Experience in quality work within manufacturing industry.
• Experience in laboratory work.
• Experience with ISO standards and business systems.
