RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a native language teacher in primary school in Tibro, you teach students with the aim of developing their knowledge of and about their native language. The role includes planning and conducting teaching as well as assessing students' knowledge in accordance with the school's steering documents. As a native language teacher, you work independently and take responsibility for developing the teaching, basing it on students' needs and interests. The teaching is characterized by security and a good study environment. The teaching will be conducted at several different school units within the municipality.

As a study support teacher, you need to have the competence to map the knowledge level of newly arrived students. Study support can be conducted together with another teaching teacher or independently with one or a small number of students. As a study support teacher, you have a continuous dialogue and collaboration with the class's teaching teacher to follow up on students' progress and results. Study support may be conducted at all school units in the municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are trained as a study support teacher and/or native language teacher. You have very good skills in both spoken and written Swedish and Arabic. You are well-versed in and understand the importance of working based on the school's steering documents, and you have a good ability to organize and lead work in the classroom with clarity and commitment for the students' best possible development. Education with a pedagogical focus is meritorious, and it is desirable that you have experience of pedagogical work in Swedish schools.

You are confident in your role as a teacher and have the ability to create a good working climate and study environment in student groups. You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged to find extra adjustments so that every student can reach as far as possible in their knowledge development.

You have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication. You can take your own initiatives and work independently. You are structured and creative in your approach and have a desire and great interest in helping students reach their goals.

You have good computer skills as well as knowledge and experience of working in various digital systems.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Salary: Monthly salary.
• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
