We are looking for

We are looking for you who want to take a leading role as Team Leader for Network Technicians within our Digitalization Department in Luleå. In this role, you combine solid technical competence with the ability to lead and coordinate work in a complex IT environment. You have a relevant university or college education in IT, or other education or experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have a good understanding of network technologies, IT infrastructure, and security principles, and have worked in large and complex business-critical IT environments. You are structured in your approach to work and have the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and follow up on work efficiently. Furthermore, you have good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. We look for experience in working with networks and IT infrastructure, as well as experience in coordinating work, prioritizing activities, and creating structure in daily life. It is an advantage if you have education or experience in leadership, coordination, or project management, as well as relevant certifications in the field, such as CCNA or CCNP. We also view experience in change management, improvement work, or development of working methods within IT operations positively, as well as knowledge of modern network solutions and integration with cloud services.

What you will work with

As Team Leader for Network Technicians, you play a central role in leading and developing work within the region's network environment, which mainly consists of components from Cisco. You are responsible for both the management and further development of the network, as well as contributing to procurement and ensuring stable operation of various technical systems. In this role, you drive the work forward by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating both daily operations and technical IT tasks, both independently and together with the team. You act as a support for the team in technical matters and ensure quality in deliveries by initiating and following up on work, as well as contributing to the creation of technical specifications and documentation. As Team Leader, you also have an important collaborative role where you maintain continuous contact with colleagues, business representatives within the region, and external suppliers, with the goal of creating efficient working methods and long-term sustainable solutions.

Information about the position

We offer you a permanent full-time position, daytime hours. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Norrbotten County applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
