About the role

As a claims handler here, you play a key role when our business and agricultural customers suffer losses. You handle cases involving property, machinery, inventory, and movable property, and sometimes even simpler construction claims. You guide customers through the claims process, investigate and assess the right to compensation, and make independent decisions based on insurance terms and legislation. The work is varied and involves many contacts, primarily via phone and digital channels, but sometimes also on-site at the customer's location. You will have several cases running simultaneously and work proactively to ensure that every customer receives professional treatment – something that is crucial to our ambition of offering the market's best customer experience. You have many contacts, primarily via phone and digital channels, and collaborate closely with your colleagues to find the best solutions for our customers within the framework of the terms. You actively work to ensure that the customer has the right insurance coverage and advise our advisory colleagues about needs. You will be part of an engaged team of approximately 13 claims handlers within the company with very broad competence working with construction and business claims.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have previous experience from the business and agricultural sectors and who have the ability to put yourself in the customer's situation as a business owner and their operations. With the help of your competence and experience, you can contribute to reducing the company's operational interruptions in the event of burglary, fire, or machinery damage. You have a good understanding of the needs of business customers and the specific challenges that may arise in connection with business claims and agricultural operations. Legal competence or studies in insurance law are meritorious, and an interest in technology and machinery is valuable in everyday life. We are looking for the right person and place great emphasis on your personal qualities and the competence you can contribute from business and green industries.

You are engaged, proactive, and have strong collaboration skills. You can, if necessary, travel to a customer affected by a loss for an inspection that may cover both building, real estate, and movable property. You can prioritize among many ongoing cases and are flexible when conditions change. You have good communication skills and can explain and justify your decisions in a pedagogical and clear manner – both orally and in writing – and are proficient in Swedish and English. We are in an exciting development phase where AI is a natural part of our operations. To succeed in the role, you need to have an interest and willingness to work with AI support and be able to use AI both strategically and operationally to create real value for our customers and our organization.
