Do you want to work in a role where structure, precision, and business matching are at the center? As a Consultant Manager at Jefferson Wells, you will play a key role in our delivery to the public sector, ensuring that the right competencies are placed in the right positions - quickly, accurately, and with high quality.
Here, a high pace is combined with demands for order and clarity, clear communication, and the ability to interpret and translate requirement profiles into successful matches. You will become a key player in a competitive industry where precision, quality, and speed are crucial.
About the Role
As a Consultant Manager, you are responsible for consultants working on assignments within the public sector. You are their direct manager, and your task is to ensure accurate and efficient delivery, from requirement profiles to appointment and follow-up.
The role is largely operational and structured, where you work closely with processes that require careful documentation, clear communication, and a good understanding of both the customer's needs and the candidate's competencies.
You will primarily work with:
- Matching candidates and consultants to assignments
- Recruitment and appointment of new consultants
- Consultant responsibility, follow-up, and work environment management
- Interpretation and analysis of requirement profiles
- Ongoing communication with customers and candidates
- Administration related to assignments and employment
- Handling and quality assurance of materials and documentation
- Support in bidding and procurement processes
- Follow-up according to KPIs and delivery goals
Who are you?
We believe you are someone who thrives where structure, analysis, and high pace meet. Your working style is characterized by precision and quality, but you are also quick-thinking and accustomed to driving multiple processes in parallel. You have a good ability to interpret and understand requirement profiles and can quickly translate them into accurate matches. Since the role involves a lot of communication and documentation, you are also confident in writing and accustomed to expressing yourself clearly and professionally.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Are very precise and quality-conscious
- Are efficient and used to working at a high pace
- Have strong analytical and structured abilities
- Are confident in writing and have good communication skills
- Can prioritize and handle many parallel tasks
- Thrive in a role where processes and regulations are important
- Find it easy to quickly understand new requirements and contexts
Experience from the public sector, procurement, or bidding is advantageous, as is a background in staffing, recruitment, or other roles where you have worked with requirement-driven processes and high delivery precision. We see that you are technically curious and enjoy using AI tools and digital aids as a natural part of your daily work.
