RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teacher, you teach physics and mathematics at the upper secondary level and are responsible for structured and inclusive teaching. You work both independently and in teams, where we together develop teaching with the student in focus.

You contribute by:

• Planning and conducting teaching based on steering documents and students' needs.
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Being a mentor and supporting students' social and academic development.
• Actively participating in the team's joint development work.
• Using digital tools to develop teaching.

• Sharing knowledge and experiences in an open and supportive climate.
• Working together to create a safe and learning environment.
• Encouraging initiatives and ideas that develop the operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, one works in a development-oriented manner and sees opportunities in new ideas and methods. Collaboration is part of everyday life and is characterized by attentive communication and constructive solutions. You need to have pedagogical insight and be able to adapt teaching to different conditions so that learning becomes meaningful for every student. A structured working style with good planning and the ability to keep timeframes is also important to create stability in daily work.

For the assignment, the following is required:

• Teacher certification with eligibility in physics and mathematics for upper secondary school
• Good knowledge of upper secondary school steering documents
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing

Experience with digital tools in teaching is meritorious.
