We are now looking for a Project Manager for our office in Gothenburg!

Prowork is a competence company specialized in areas such as civil engineering. With offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö, we operate within staffing, interim, and recruitment. To our office in Gothenburg, we are now looking for a solution-oriented Project Manager who wants to take on an exciting challenge with us.

What we are looking for

Are you a proactive person who gets things done? Do you come to work with a big smile? Do you enjoy building relationships with both customers, consultants, and employees? Do you also value maintaining structure and good communication? Then keep reading.

You preferably have a higher education, preferably in HR/personnel science, economics, or civil engineering, but the most important thing is your personal qualities and attributes. A B-class driver's license and good communication skills in both Swedish and English are required. Knowledge of Polish is an advantage.

Your daily life at Prowork

As a Project Manager, you are primarily responsible for Prowork's consultant groups on-site. You will act as a link between Prowork, the consultant, and the customer. You do this by supporting our consultants on-site with everything from scheduling and planning to administration. As a Project Manager, the role requires a good sense of service and a drive for constant development and improvement in the work. Together with your closest colleagues and manager, you will drive projects and business from start to finish, meaning you will have daily contact with colleagues, customers, and consultants. The projects you will be involved in include many companies from several different nations, and therefore, the majority of the daily communication with customers and consultants takes place in English.

In addition to your duties as a Project Manager, you will have significant personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence both your own and Prowork's development.
