Then we have a temporary position as a preschool teacher at Framnäs Preschool in Timrå.

Framnäs Preschool is located centrally in Timrå. The preschool has 59 children aged 1–5 years, divided into four departments with seven child groups, where each group has responsible educators.

We are looking for you who are a qualified preschool teacher and who want to be involved in our ongoing development work for a well-managed preschool. The goal of our operations is that every child: thrives and feels well, is involved in their own and the preschool's work, and continuously develops their abilities and knowledge. Every child should feel every day that they want to, can, and dare to.

Framnäs is a multicultural preschool where language and communication are one of our goals that we work focusedly towards. The preschool also participates in a larger training initiative together with other preschools in Timrå, focusing on relational leadership.

Framnäs uses various meeting places in the environment, both outdoors and indoors, where we together with the children can explore different goal areas. Each group of children has their own "home base" to meet around documentation and various conversations regarding ongoing projects.

The pedagogical learning environment is important for the children's development and learning, and we are constantly working to develop it so that it becomes welcoming, inspiring, and accessible for the children. We work systematically with working environment issues, ensuring it is easy for employees to be and feel professional.

We work with systematic quality work through pedagogical documentation and tools consisting of clear templates and processes. The tools become a support in the work where we plan, follow up, and evaluate education and teaching to gain insight into the children's abilities, interests, development, and learning.

We work together in various meetings and on development days from three preschools, and collegial learning becomes part of the systematic quality work. Great importance is placed on the educators' approach, where children's involvement, democracy, and gender equality are encouraged.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who have a preschool teacher license.
• You, the applicant, are well acquainted with the preschool's assignment based on the curriculum, the School Act, and current regulatory documents, and have the ability to organize the implementation of the pedagogical development work.
• Have a curious work approach and a positive outlook on life; you dare to try and share your experiences and knowledge.
• Have a professional approach towards both children, colleagues, and guardians, and work with good hospitality to create good and trusting relationships.
• You are well acquainted with pedagogical documentation.
• Have high ambitions and a great commitment.
• You are a secure and responsible leader, are flexible, and have good collaboration skills.
• You are curious about what the children investigate, say, and do, and have a co-researching, positive, and engaged approach.
• Are open to changes that benefit learning and the development of the organization.
• You are familiar with the concept of teaching and have the ability to support the children in their learning and development.
• You have good communication skills in both speech and writing.
• Great importance will be attached to personal suitability, based on reference checks.

Work Experience:

It is meritorious to have worked in preschool since preschool became a school form.

Employment

The position is a full-time temporary contract. Start date 2026-09-07 or according to agreement.
