We are looking for a driven and independent individual to lead the launch of our new physical store in Sweden, where we sell unique products imported from Ghana. This role involves significant responsibility and requires you to work both strategically and operationally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently building and running the store in Sweden.
• Purchasing products from Ghana.
• Organizing transport and logistics.
• Handling customs clearance and import procedures into Sweden.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent English as well as Akan-Twi.
• Has experience in purchasing, sales, and logistics.
• Is self-motivated and has strong skills in structuring processes from scratch.

Education requirements:

Upper secondary education with a focus on business administration, trade, and administration, or equivalent. For example, SHS (Senior High School) with a relevant specialization.
